Spartan Club
Lacrosse is one of the fastest growing sports in the Southeast, including right here in Mountain Brook where we have nearly 350 athletes competing each season! As momentum and enthusiasm grow, Mountain Brook Lacrosse is committed to investing in the infrastructure that fosters both lacrosse development and an unforgettable experience for every player.
We are asking for your support!
The Mountain Brook Lacrosse Spartan Club supports players from elementary school through high school. In Alabama, lacrosse is not recognized as a sanctioned sport, and we are therefore 100% dependent upon private donations and player fees to operate. The Mountain Brook Lacrosse Spartan Club exists to help bridge the gap between lacrosse registration fees and the actual costs to operate. Your gift will directly impact what keeps our program running: field space, coaches and team equipment. Our athletes use over 1,000 hours of rented field space every season.
Mountain Brook Lacrosse is a program worth investing in! Mountain Brook High School’s varsity lacrosse teams have a real winning tradition — the boys’ program has claimed the Alabama state championship eight times, including back-to-back titles in 2025 and 2026, and the girls’ program won five consecutive state championships from 2021 to 2025. Additionally, Mountain Brook Lacrosse consistently produces players that have continued their lacrosse careers at the collegiate level. We rely on community partners to directly impact our ability to support our athletes and continue this pattern of success.
